To celebrate Harley-Davidson's 120th anniversary, the brand is hosting its first music festival in Hong Kong. 1. 本活動採用全電子門票形式。成功購買門票後﹐閣下可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到電子門票 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，入場時以手提電話出示 QR Code；或直接列印 QR Code 作為入場門票掃描之用。
   Only e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful purchase. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code at entry. Alternatively, you can print the QR Code for scanning.
    
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
    
3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
   An order confirmation email with the QR code will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
    
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
    
5. 訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
    
6. 每張門票需要加上 HK$12 平台手續費 及 HK$38 手續費。 
   An additional KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 and handling fee of HK$38 will be charged for each ticket.
    
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
    
8. 活動為全場企位：請按主辦單位主場。
   The event is free standing. Please follow the organizer's arrangements for entry.
    
9. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
    
10. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
    KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

11. 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用、轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
    No ticket scalping is allowed. The Organiser reserves the right to void any ticket sold if it has been used, resold, shared or used for any unauthorised commercial purposes.

12. 所有活動門票必須從官方售票平台。 主辦機構將保留拒絕接受從任何非官方認可的售票平台購買的門票之權利，該門票可能會被取消，不予退款或賠償。
    All tickets must be purchased from the official ticketing agents, including KKTIX. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to accept any tickets that are not purchased from official the ticketing agents. Tickets purchased from unofficial platform(s) or any unofficial third party may be cancelled without any refund or compensation.

13. 演出如被取消、延期或入場人數上限被刪減，主辦機構將保留退回已付之票價或改期之權利。退款由主辦機構自行決定。為免存疑，退款僅限於已購票價，不包括任何顧客服務費。
    In the event of performance cancellation, postponement or capacity being reduced, the Organiser reserves the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the performance. The decision to refund any amount is at the Organiser’s sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, a refund will only be issued in respect of the price of the tickets purchased which shall not include any customer service fees charged.

14. 主辦機構保留修改節目演出之內容之權利，包括但不限於藝人、演出時間或表演內容等，而不作另行通知，該修改並不構成任何門票退款或轉換之理由。
    The Organiser reserves the right to modify the content of the event program without prior notice, including but not limited to the artist, performance time or performance content, etc.. Any such modification will not constitute any reason for ticket refund or conversion.

15. 所有門票均按銷售條款及場地規則發售。
    All tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions of the event and the venue.

16. 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受主辦機構及其官方售票平台之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。
    The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the Organiser and the official ticketing agents, as amended from time to time without notice, and the use of a ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.

 

  注意事項  Terms & Conditions  

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all rules and regulations if you complete your order.
    
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠路、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
    
3. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
    
4. 每票只限一人。一人一票、憑票兌換入場手帶。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Each ticket can only be used once to redeem an entry wristband and the QR code will expire and cannot be reused once used. Please keep your QR Code / e-ticket safe.
5. 電子門票為不記名門票，請勿將票券 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
   A name is not required for the entry of this event. Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket as it could be used for admission.
    
6. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。
   If any unusual transactions, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded.
    
7. 門票將用於活動場地入口兌換入場手帶，工作人員亦會為入場人士戴上手帶以便進場。 任何情況下，參與者均不得代他人兌換進場手環。
   To enter the event, the ticket must be used to redeem the entry wristband at the entrance of the event venue. Attendees are not allowed to redeem any entry wristband on behalf of others in any case. The entry wristband shall be put on by the Organiser’s staff at the entrance. 
    
8. 主辦機構將不會更換任何遺失、被盜、損壞或在兌換後被使用的入場手環。
   The Organiser will not replace any entry wristband that are lost, stolen, damaged or used after they have been redeemed.

9. 入場手帶只用於活動當天進場使用，任何購買兩日門票之人士均須每天在場地入口兌換不同手帶以便入場。
   The entry wristband is only used for the entry on the day of the event, and anyone who purchases a two-day pass must redeem a new wristband at the venue entrance every day for admission.

10. 入場人士必須經由特定入口進場，並出示有效門票及／或入場手帶及接受保安檢查方可進場。此規定亦適用於持票人士重新進入會場。
    Ticket holders must enter the venue through the designated entrances, comply with all relevant security and safety check procedures, and present valid tickets and/or wristband. This also applies to re-entry of all ticket holders.

11. 所有門票或入場手帶只適用於指定日期及時間。
    Tickets are valid only for the specified dates and timeslots.

12. 如門票或入場手帶上的資料被刪去或經過塗改，又或遭損毀或變得殘缺不全，則持票人可能不獲准入場並不作任何退款。
    Entry may be refused if the ticket or wristband is damaged, defaced or mutilated without any refund.

13. 不同顏色之手帶均限制進場人士進入不同指定活動區域；任何人士在未經許可下不得擅自闖入其他區域，主辦機構有權驅趕違反此規則之人士離場，並不作任何退款。
    Wristband of different colours are for entry to designated areas of the event. No person is allowed to trespass into other areas not designated for their wristband unless permitted by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to expel anyone from the event who violates these rules without any refund.

14. 違規犯禁：任何人士若帶有違禁物品，或不遵守場地規則，將被拒絕進場並不作任何退款。（注：主辦機構擁有將物品或活動視為禁止項目的酌情權及最終決定權。）
    Strictly forbidden: Anyone who is found to be in possession of any prohibited items or carrying out prohibited activities or who does not follow the house rules of the venue will be expelled from and/or refused entry to the event without any refund.
    (Note: The Organiser has the discretion and final determination on what constitutes a prohibited item or activity.)

    • 嚴禁攜帶以下物品進入場地：
      1. 危險或有害物品（例如煙花、煙霧劑、爆炸品等）
      2. 任何種類的武器
      3. 任何非法藥物或非法物質
      4. 任何玻璃製品及器皿
      5. 寵物及其他動物，被認可為服務用途之動物（如導盲犬）除外
      6. 擴音器、喇叭
      7. 雨傘
      8. 有害、引起混亂、令人反感或妨礙活動進行之物品（例如自拍棒、矮凳、可折式座椅等）
      9. 任何未經許可之旗幟、橫額、標誌或字
          
          
    • Items prohibited in the venue include (but are not limited to):
      1. Dangerous or hazardous materials (e.g. fireworks, smoke or gas canisters, explosives)
      2. Weapons of any kind
      3. Any illegal drugs or substances
      4. Any glassware
      5. Any pets or animals, except approved service animals (e.g. guide dogs)
      6. Amplifiers
      7. Umbrellas
      8. Items that are harmful, confusing, objectionable or obstructive to the activity (e.g. selfie sticks, stools, foldable seats etc.)
      9. Any unlicensed flag, banner, emblem or wording
          
    • 嚴禁進行以下活動：
      1. 使用遙控式飛行裝置
      2. 使用大型攝影及錄影器材進行拍攝（不論任何用途）
      3. 用作非個人用途的攝影、錄影或任何形式之記錄
      4. 於會場入口或場內售賣任何物品或服務，或展示任何作售賣用途之物品或服務
      5. 派發未經授權之印刷品或錄製品
      6. 未經許可之活動、展示任何旗幟、橫額、標誌或字句，或煽動人群及其他未經許可之公眾集會
      7. 在場內拋擲或使用任何物件以致構成危險、不必要的阻礙或干擾節目進行、粗言穢語或行為不檢
      8. 進行任何不安全或其他妨礙演唱會進行之行為
      9. 進行任何妨礙其他入場觀眾的活動
    • Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
      1. Using remote-controlled flying apparatus
      2. Photography, videotaping or recording with large size apparatus or equipment, regardless of the usage or purpose
      3. Unauthorised photography, videotaping or recording of any kind except for personal use
      4. Selling goods or services, or the display of goods or services for sale at the entrance or in the venue
      5. Distribution of unauthorised printed or recorded materials
      6. Unauthorised events or display of any flag, banner, sign or wordings, or incitement of the crowd, and other unauthorised public gatherings
      7. Throwing or using any objects in the venue to cause danger, unnecessary obstruction or interference with the program, foul language or disorderly conduct
      8. Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the venue or any associated facility
      9. Activities which cause obstruction or disturbance to other audience members

15. 場內和場外攜帶或吸食毒品均屬違法行為，主辦機構絕不容忍任何非法藥物使用或交易行為，一經發現，相關嫌疑者將被禁止入場或直接驅趕離場，主辦機構並會立即報警處理。
    It is illegal to carry or consume drugs both inside and outside the venue, and the Organiser will not tolerate any illegal drug use, possession or trading. If a suspected case is found, the suspect will be banned from entering or directly expelled from the venue, and the Organiser will immediately report the suspect to the police.

16. 時刻保持地方清潔，切勿亂拋棄垃圾及隨地吐痰。
    Please keep the venue clean. Do not litter or spit.

17. 主辦機構不會對場內活動期間第三方顯示或發放的訊息或內容負責。
    The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for the messages displayed or communicated by any third party during the Event.

18. 對於任何不遵守以上規則之人士，主辦機構有權拒絕該等人士進入場地及所持門票亦將不獲退款。
    The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to require anyone to leave the venue if he/she do not abide by these Terms and Conditions without any refund.

19. 主辦機構、其服務提供商或代理人將不對任何人（包括您自己）或財產（包括由主辦方或其服務提供商或代理人）在活動中造成的任何損失、傷害或損害承擔責任。
    The Organiser, its service providers or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property however caused (including by the Organiser or its service providers or agents) at the event.

20. 主辦機構對與活動相關的任何損失或活動的任何潛在變更或取消，包括但不限於任何個人旅行、住宿或招待安排的費用，概不承擔任何責任。 
    The Organiser shall not have any liability for any losses incurred in connection with the event, including any potential changes or cancellation of the event, and including but not limited to the costs associated with personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements.

21. 如有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The Organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.

22. 這些條款和條件受香港法律管轄。
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law.

23. 活動期間嚴禁使用閃光燈攝影、錄影、錄音或直播，如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動的影音資料。
    No flash photography, videotaping, audio recording or live streaming is allowed. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately.
     
24. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
    The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
