1. 此推廣只適用於恒生 Mastercard 信用卡、包括聯營卡（「合資格恒生Mastercard信用卡」）客戶（「客戶」），惟不適用於其他商務卡，其他公司卡，其他消費卡及e-shopping 萬事達卡。
2. 客戶須以合資格信用卡全數付款方可享此推廣。
3. 此推廣只適用於經指定網頁（https://tix-get-go.kktix.cc）購買「AXA安盛呈獻：A-Lin 黃麗玲《歌跡Journey》巡迴演唱會2026 香港站」（「演唱會」）實體門票（「實體門票」）。客戶必須是或登記成為Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX（「Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX」）會員，方可享優先購票。

5. 成功購買門票後，客戶會透過於Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX所登記之電郵地址收到由Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX經電郵發出的訂單成立信，如成功購票的客户在購買後收不到電郵，請發電郵至Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX客服團隊查詢。客戶必須確保訂單所輸入的資料正確無誤，恒生銀行有限公司（「恒生」）、 耀榮文化（「耀榮」/ 「演唱會主辦機構」）及Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX恕不負責因所遞交的資料有錯漏/ 不正確而影響實體門票的送遞。 有關實體門票票務問題，請直接聯絡Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX查詢。
6. 每張合資格信用卡於同一交易可購買最多4張門票。實體門票數量有限，先購先得，售完即止。票務平台及主辦單位會收取平台費用或行政費用（按每張門票計算），如客戶非使用合資格信用卡付款，另需額外加付行政費用。有關上述費用詳情，請瀏覽指定購票網頁。
7. 所有購買或發出的實體門票均不可更改、取消、退回或退款。
8. 交易一經接納，有關所購實體門票總值及 令每張實體門票港幣120平台費用將即時由客戶之合資格信用卡戶口內扣除，所有已收取之費用皆不設退款。扣賬時戶口必須備有足夠簽賬額，否則交易無效。
9. 每張實體門票只供一人進場，入場時必需展示實體門票入場。
10. 座位將由 KKTIX 根據客戶交易的日期及時間先後次序分配，不設自行選擇座位。如購買2張或以上的門票，KKTIX 保留安排分隔座位 (包括以單數方式分配座位) 的權利。
11. 本演唱會只限3歲或以上人士參加。
12. 此推廣不可與其他優惠、推廣或折扣同時使用。
13. 客戶必須是或登記成為Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX會員，方可以購買實體門票。Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX會員服務須受Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX所訂定的條款及細則所約束，詳情請聯絡Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX。
14. 演唱會由耀榮文化舉辦，所有資訊及服務均由耀榮文化直接提供予客戶，一切有關責任及義務亦由耀榮文化全權負責，恒生概不對演唱會承擔任何責任。
15. 耀榮文化負責有關節目安排及保留改期的權利。因應任何原因，耀榮文化保留權利於任何時候延期或取消活動。
16. Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX的實體門票購票服務由Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX提供，並受Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX所訂之條款及細則約束。恒生概不對實體門票購票服務承擔任何責任。
17. 恒生、耀榮文化及Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX保留隨時暫停、更改或終止推廣及不時修訂優惠條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。
18. 除客戶及恒生（包括其繼承人及受讓人）以外，並無其他人士有權按《合約（第三者權利）條例》強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文，或享有本條款及細則的任何條文下的利益。
19. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並按照香港特別行政區法律詮釋。
20. 本條款及細則受現行監管規定約束。
21. 如有任何爭議，恒生、耀榮文化及Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX保留最終決定權。
22. 本條款及細則的中文本與英文本如有歧異，概以英文本為準。

Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card “AXA Presents: A-Lin “Journey” 2026 World Tour in Hong Kong” Concert Priority Booking (“Promotion”):

1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card, including Affinity Card (the “Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”), but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card and e-shopping Mastercard.
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Cards.
3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “AXA Presents: A-Lin “Journey” 2026 World Tour in Hong Kong” (the “Concert”) Physical Ticket (the “Physical Ticket”) at designated website (https://tix-get-go.kktix.cc) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX (“Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX”) member.
4. The priority booking period and details of the Promotion, please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Physical Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
5. Upon successful transaction, Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX will distribute the order confirmation email to the email address provided on the Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please email to Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX’s customer service team for assistance. Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Yiu Wing Live (“Yiu Wing Live”/ the Concert’s Organizer”) and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX are not responsible for undelivered Physical Ticket due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX for enquiry.
6. Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 Physical Tickets per transaction. The purchase of Physical Ticket is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Registration fee and handling fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer (calculate according to each Physical Ticket). Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an Eligible Credit Card. For the above said details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
7. All purchased and issued Physical Ticket cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
8. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Physical Ticket and a HKD120 platform fee for each Physical Ticket will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
9. Each Physical Ticket admits one person only. The Physical Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
10. Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the transaction date and time. No seat selection is available. For booking 2 tickets or above, KKTIX reserves the right to arrange separate seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers).
11. This Concert is for participants aged 3 or above.
12. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
13. Customers must be or register to be a Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX member to purchase Physical Ticket. The Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX. For the details, please contact Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX.
14. The Concert is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
15. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
16. Booking service of Physical Ticket is provided by Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX. The use of booking service of Physical Ticket is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
17. Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
18. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
20. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
21. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX shall be final.
22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
